The problem
First Choice were desperate for an idea that gave Australians a reason to buy more than just for Christmas day.
Oh and they just wanted to do this with a website.
The insight
Christmas isn't just about Christmas Day, not in Australia. It's the curtain raiser to the Summer. Every day in December could be a celebration. From office parties to friends catching up before summer holidays, to neighbours popping by for a drink.
The idea
Taken to the extreme to be ready for every eventuality, you need to be totalled prepared. Almost like a doomsday prepper. Therefore we created the Christmas Preppers, a couple who are prepped for all aspects of Christmas.
