The problem
Every year Tennis Australia holds the Australian Open, the premier tennis event of the Southern Hemisphere. However, most ticket sales still occur nearer the tournament itself.
How might we encourage ticket sales far earlier in the year?

If you buy tickets earlier you can get closer to the action. This became the campaign platform.

If you’ve ever seen the opening credits to the movie Wimbledon you may remember how the camera flies left and right as if following a tennis ball.
We thought it fun to get the public to do something that, without realsiing, mimicked being close to the action.
